The Master of Arts in Education in Educational Leadership Program prepares educational leaders to improve policies and practices within organizations. The Master of Arts in Education (MAEd) in Instructional Leadership Program is for those students who wish to develop or enhance classroom skills, become curriculum supervisors, or become educational leaders with instruction as their main focus. The Education Specialist in Educational Leadership Program concentrates on applied organizational theory within the context of educational organizations. This specialized program prepares graduates for educational administrator positions at the elementary or secondary school level. Programs have been developed by faculty members to provide working professionals with the opportunity to pursue their personal and professional goals through the completion of an Education Specialist (EdS) program.
Doctor of Education (EdD) in Community College Executive Leadership
The Doctor of Education in Community College Executive Leadership (EdD in CCExL) is designed to help community college administrators move into senior administrative positions in community colleges. It's a program built on real-world experience, developed by faculty members in consultation with top Community College leaders and senior level administrators. Many of the courses were developed by chancellors, presidents and other senior community college leaders with decades of real-world experience.
Doctor of Education (EdD) in Educational Leadership
The Doctor of Education (EdD) in Educational Leadership Program is for those students preparing for or advancing their careers as educational leaders in professional positions as school district, regional, state, or national administrators. The EdD in Educational Leadership Program requires concentrations in Higher Education Administration or K-12 Education.
Doctor of Education (EdD) in Instructional Leadership
The EdD in Instructional Leadership Program is for those students who wish to master teaching methodologies, become curriculum supervisors, or become educational leaders with curriculum and instruction at their main focus. The Master of Arts (MA) in Clinical Psychology Program is designed pursue a career in clinical psychology. The program introduces students to basic clinical skills that enable them to serve the mental health needs of populations with diverse backgrounds. Students who use the master's degree as a means of entering a professional career receive theoretical background and professional training under the supervision of a highly qualified, practitioner-oriented faculty. The graduates of this program are then able to apply theoretical and clinical knowledge to individuals and groups in need of mental healthcare. The program can also serve as a preliminary step to the doctorate degree. In certain states, students holding an MA in Clinical Psychology are eligible to sit for licensure.

The Master of Arts (MA) in School Psychology Program is dedicated to producing ethical, responsible, and competent school psychologists who are able to function effectively in a number of professional roles. During their graduate training, students develop core competencies in psychological assessment, intervention, consultation/education, as well as cultural and individual diversity. Graduates of the program may be eligible for Department of Education certification and will be prepared to be employed as school psychologists. The program is designed to prepare students to become Nationally Certified School Psychologists in accordance with criteria developed by the National Association of School Psychologists. Currently, the Master of Arts in School Psychology is only offered at Argosy University/Hawai`i, Argosy University/Phoenix, and Argosy University/Sarasota.

The Master of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology is designed to apply the knowledge of industrial organizational psychology to issues involving individuals and groups in organizational and work settings. This program prepares students for careers in areas such as compensation, training, data analysis, consultation, statistical decision making, organizational development, leadership, and human resource management positions. The curriculum is competency-based, focusing on the outcomes of training and on the knowledge, skills, and behavior necessary to function as a master’s level professional in Industrial Organizational Psychology. This is an interdisciplinary program that combines the expertise of the faculty in the Colleges of Psychology and Behavioral Sciences and Business.

Master of Arts (MA) in Sport-Exercise Psychology
The Master of Arts (MA) in Sport-Exercise Psychology Program is designed to educate and train students to function as capable and ethical performance enhancement specialists. Currently offered only at Argosy University/Phoenix, this two-year degree is intended to meet the needs of students seeking employment in a variety of settings, including private practice, athletic departments, coaching, exercise/health, and education, as well as those who will ultimately pursue a doctorate degree. The goals of the program include developing student competencies in the following areas: theoretical foundations, helping relationships, individual and group skills, normal and abnormal behavior, sport sciences, research and evolution, diversity, and professional identity.
Doctor of Education (EdD) in Counseling Psychology
The Doctor of Education (EdD) in Counseling Psychology Program prepares counselors from a variety of settings with the skills and credentials necessary to pursue leadership, supervision, training, and teaching positions in the profession. Students with a background in mental health, social work, school counseling, pastoral counseling, and psychiatric nursing join together to earn the terminal degree in their field, and develop new interests and levels of competency and direction for their practice through an applied, research-practitioner approach to the role of professional counselor.
Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Clinical Psychology
The Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Clinical Psychology Program educates and trains students in the major aspects of clinical practice. To ensure that students are prepared adequately, the curriculum integrates theory, training, research, and practice, preparing students to work with a wide range of populations in need of psychological services and in a broad range of roles. Students who complete the clinical psychology program earn a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) degree. The PsyD degree combines relevant research, applied theory, and field experience to prepare the graduate to apply psychological knowledge in a variety of settings and roles. The program accepts students who have a minimum of a bachelor's degree. Although prior degrees need not be in psychology, some psychology courses are required (as prerequisites for admission), and some experience in psychological services is desirable.
Doctorate in Marriage & Family Therapy
The Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy program is a terminal degree designed for candidates seeking a non-traditional doctorate. The focus of this degree is on clinical and community-based practice which differentiates it from the Ph.D. and makes it attractive to anyone who is seeking a practitioner versus a research degree. The program provides opportunities for advanced, cross-disciplinary study with couples, individuals and families as well as larger systems of organizations and communities, with emphases on systemic theory, practice and research.
Students will develop leadership skills in the areas of supervision and teaching of systemic practice. Student-directed components in the Concentration, Internship and Applied Clinical Project afford students opportunities to pursue specific application of systemic approaches. It will prepare graduates for careers as clinical supervisors, graduate level teachers, private practitioners and agency administrators.

The Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in School Psychology Program is designed to prepare students to meet the criteria for state certification as school psychologists, and to prepare them to become nationally certified school psychologists in accordance with criteria developed by the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP). The program emphasizes the development of attitudes, knowledge, and skills essential to the training of school psychologists who are committed to the ethical provision of quality services. Currently, the PsyD in School Psychology Program is only available at Argosy University/Hawai`i and at Argosy University/Phoenix.

This doctorate provides expanded opportunities to compete in the market place, on par with the growing number of doctoral-level counseling practitioners. The Doctor of Education (EdD) in Pastoral Community Counseling Program is based on the fundamental belief that religious/spiritual communities provide a unique opportunity for human growth and development. The program is designed to prepare leaders within religious communities with an opportunity for personal and professional development, directed toward making a significant contribution to their community and to society. With this in mind, the program integrates the engagement of knowledge, the development of skills, reflective practice, and research in a manner that prepares the pastoral counselor to address individual and communal development in an ethically responsible fashion. Currently, the EdD in Pastoral Community Counseling is only available at Argosy University/Sarasota.

The Education Specialist (EdS) in School Counseling Program is designed for experienced schoolteachers who have master's degrees and wish to continue their professional development in a formalized educational program that will help them develop a specialty area applicable to the public school setting. This degree is intended to continue the professional development of those currently functioning, or desiring to function, in a counseling role. Students at Argosy University/Washington DC may choose an optional concentration in Forensic Counseling within the MA in Professional Counseling Program.

The Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Liberal Arts program offers an integrative approach to learning which aims to develop competencies in the basic academic areas and disciplines in higher education. It extends the capacity for intellectual inquiry through the incorporation of courses that develop the individual, prepare them for the workplace, and to participate constructively in a global society. The BA in Liberal Arts gives students the opportunity to integrate real world experience with the critical acquisition of a variety of human knowledge and skills that not only encourages sensitivity to the diversity of human cultures, but also creates a desire to achieve personal and professional excellence.
