For RNs interested in pursuing their MSN, Chamberlain offers the RN-BSN to MSN Online Option. With this option, nurses can earn their BSN and MSN degrees more time-effectively than pursuing the degrees separately.

RN to BSN Online Degree Completion Option
Registered nurses with an associate's degree or nursing diploma may complete the Chamberlain Fast-Track RN to BSN Online Degree Completion Option (Bachelor of Science in Nursing), which allows them to complete their education in an environment designed for adult learners.
This flexible online program allows registered nurses to advance their nursing careers by earning a BSN degree in as few as 3 semesters. The program combines the flexibility and ease of online learning with no on-site clinical requirements.
Chamberlain also offers the RN-BSN to MSN Online Bridge Option
Complete your BSN and MSN in as few as 8 semesters. For RNs interested in pursuing their MSN, Chamberlain offers the RN-BSN to MSN Online Bridge Option. With this option, nurses can earn their BSN and MSN more time-effectively than pursuing the degrees separately. In fact, the MSN can be completed in one less semester!

Master of Science in Nursing Degree Program
The Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) is a post-baccalaureate professional degree designed to prepare nurses for expanding roles in healthcare and enhance opportunities for professional advancement. The MSN curriculum provides core courses in nursing theory, research, leadership, professional role development, and informatics in healthcare. In addition to the completion of the core nursing courses, the student selects one of the four specialty tracks:
- Master in Nursing Executive Specialty Track: Advance your career as a nurse leader. The MSN Executive Track covers the foundations of organization leadership including managerial communication, organizational change, and decision-making.
- Master in Nursing Educator Specialty Track: Inspire the future generation of nurses as a nurse educator. The MSN Educator Track focuses on educational foundations, instructional methods, program assessment and evaluation, and curriculum development.
- Master in Nursing Informatics Specialty Track: Lead the new high-tech wave in patient care as an informatics nurse specialist. The MSN Informatics Specialty Track focuses on management of data and information, and healthcare information workflow and project management.
- Master in Nursing Healthcare Policy Specialty Track: Expand your nursing knowledge and enhance your leadership skills to influence healthcare policy. The MSN Healthcare Policy Specialty Track prepares nurses for roles in research, design and implementation of policies, as well as evaluation of policy outcomes.
All MSN students complete a practicum specific to their chosen specialty track, allowing them to apply their newly acquired skills in real-world settings.
MSN & MBA Track Option
You can earn your MSN and MBA online - faster and more cost-effectively than ever. After completing the Chamberlain MSN Executive Track degree program, graduates have the option to apply to DeVry University’s Keller Graduate School of Management Master of Business Administration (MBA) program.
