M.A. in Psychology
Many individuals choose to gain broad knowledge in all areas of psychology rather than specializing in one particular area such as school psychology, or forensic psychology. Rather, psychology “generalists” study many aspects of human behavior and mental processes—such as emotion, cognition, decision making, consumer behavior, culture, personality development, social relationships, group dynamics, and normal vs. abnormal behavior.

Ph.D in Organizational Leadership
Our Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership is a three-year, post-master's program offered in a unique format tailored to the needs of busy working professionals. Students take just one or two courses at a time and progress through the program in a cohort.
Our curriculum includes coursework in leadership, research, ethics, interpersonal dynamics, and a range of electives to support each student's unique career goals—preparing graduates to apply the principles of psychology and leadership theory in a broad range of settings, to more effectively lead individuals and organizations to success. Graduates are able to select, implement, and manage appropriate leadership methodologies to meet individual, group and organizational needs in non-profit, for-profit, and pastoral settings.
Ph.D in International Psychology
Our Ph.D. in International Psychology is a three year, post-master's program offered in a unique format tailored to the needs of busy working professionals. Students take one course at a time, progressing through the program in a cohort.
Our program is particularly appropriate for professionals who work or desire to work for multinational corporations, international non-governmental organizations, intergovernmental organizations (e.g. UN organizations), governmental agencies, and faith based organizations with international missions.
Graduates are equipped with advanced research and program evaluation skills coupled with a rich appreciation for the individual and group consequences of global events—preparing them to apply psychological principles in the development of policy; assist individuals and organizations with understanding and collaborating with diverse cultural populations and all levels of international organizations and functional systems; and design and evaluate the efficacy of international programs.
Business Psychology (Doctoral)
The Chicago School offers prospective students the option of the nation's first and only Business Psychology doctorate degree. Our graduates will gain the knowledge and experience needed to help a variety of businesses and individuals perform more effectively, solve problems, and grow professionally in today's global, multicultural work environment.
School Psychology (Ed.S)
Our educational specialist degree prepares graduates to help students, teachers, administrators, and parents overcome psychological obstacles to learning and personal development. Graduates filling the high demand for trained school psychology professionals will be able to effectively help with educational obstacles such as learning disabilities, family disruptions, and mental health issues.
Certificate: Post-Masters BCBA
Designed to assist behavior analysts and those working in related fields with updating their licensure and further expanding their expertise related to developmental disabilities, geriatric conditions, behavioral and learning difficulties, and mental illness. This certificate prepares students to sit for the examination to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Requires a master's degree in a related field and five years' experience.
• Completed in under a year, depending on field supervision availability.
Certificate: Child & Adolescent Psychology
Childhood and adolescent psychology specialists assist young people who are struggling with mental health issues and other challenges such as peer pressure, body image, experimenting with drugs or alcohol, relationships, sexuality, or coping with difficult life changes like parental divorce or death. Child and adolescent psychology professionals work in a wide variety of settings, from nonprofit agencies and community centers to public and private schools to private practice. They conduct formal diagnostic tests, provide counseling and other therapeutic services, develop community-based youth programs, lead prevention initiatives, serve as mentors, and more.
