Concordia offers two degree programs online.
Master of Public Health*: Work to eliminate health disparities, prevent disease, and promote wellness on a local, national, or global level. The curriculum covers vital topics such as biostatistics, environmental health, and epidemiology, while a choice of specialization in either Community Health Education or Health Policy and Administration offers the chance for more in-depth expertise.
Master of Human Services*: With an aging population and government-funded human services programs facing budget cuts, researchers anticipate a need for human services professionals to work in private agencies. The MHS program at Concordia provides students with the theoretical and real-world knowledge as well as the policy background to work as a human services professional. Core topics include community relations, lifespan development, and intercultural communication, while specialization topics include Gerontology, Community and Public Health, and Human Services Leadership and Management as well as a generalist track.
