Accounting (Certificate)
Diploma –56 credits, approximately 5 quarters
OBJECTIVES
The objective of the Accounting diploma is to provide fundamental knowledge of accounting principles, methods, and procedures. It prepares students for entry level employment opportunities in bookkeeping and accounting. Graduates are equipped with the skills to prepare and analyze financial reports.
CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
This program prepares students for employment opportunities in general accounting and bookkeeping, credit, payroll, and inventory control. Graduates have found employment as bookkeepers, payroll clerks, accounts payable/receivable clerks, receptionists-bookkeepers, general clerks, tellers, and others.
Business Admin Assistant (Certificate)
If you are thinking about beginning a career in business administration, in less than one-year of study, you could have the essential knowledge, technical skills, and work habits that are required for an entry-level position and the foundation for career advancement.
Our Business Administrative Assistant diploma program will prepare you to enter the business world as a competent administrative assistant, which includes support positions in the fast-growing finance, health care, and service industries.

Associate in Applied Science Degrees - 6 quarters and 7 quarters
- Accounting and Tax Specialist AAS Degree - as little as one and three quarter years.
- Offers the academic training needed for the new Registered Accounting Practitioner credential

Cosmetology Business (Associate's)
The Cosmetology Business Program will provide students with a business foundation that will extend their applied emphasis in cosmetology by preparing graduates for further advancement toward independent ownership, potential entry-level managerial and other beauty industry-related career opportunities. The required general education coursework will establish critical thinking and problem solving skills, which will be enhanced throughout the business specialization coursework.
You must have successfully completed a licensed cosmetology program and hold a current MN cosmetologist license to be eligible for acceptance in to our Cosmetology Business AAS Degree Program.
Criminal Justice (Associates)
The AAS in CJ program will provide students with an understanding of the theories underlying the 3 main components of the CJ system: law enforcement; judicial systems; and correctional modalities within the context of social and political sciences. Methods and applications of these three areas will be emphasized throughout the coursework along with the intersections of their functions. The required general education coursework will further develop the students' critical thinking and problem solving skills, which will be enhanced throughout their technical coursework. Program graduates will be prepared for entry-level positions in a range of criminal justice positions including corrections officers, private security, protective services, and private investigator positions. They will also have the foundation to pursue further study in social science or legal coursework.
Information Technology (Associate's)
This degree provides students with fundamental knowledge in the principles of computers including software development, database, networking and security. Students will also learn basic business principles. They select to specialize in either computer networking or software development. Students will provide evidence of competencies in communications, social sciences, humanities and fine arts. Analytical and inferential reasoning and computational skills as well as the ability to learn on one's own are also taught. This degree will prepare students for an entry level position in network support or software development.
Management Accounting (Associate's)
Associate in Applied Science Degrees - 6 quarters and 7 quarters
Management Accounting AAS Degree - as little as one and a half years Provides training that goes beyond the basic requirements for entry-level positions.

Sales and Marketing Management (Associate's)
This program provides graduates with the fundamental knowledge to pursue a sales and marketing career in today's complex business environment. With the skill set acquired from learning about consumer buying behavior, market research, the selling process, and other related topics, graduates can prosper in such careers as a marketing manager, sales representative, promotions manager, customer service representative and advertising assistant.
This Associate in Applied Science program provides a balance of specialized education and credentials that develop students' skills required for effective communications, teamwork and critical thinking.
Transportation Business (Associate's)
The Transportation Business Program will provide students with a complete transportation business foundation that will extend their self-selected applied emphasis in either truck driving or heavy equipment operations; by preparing graduates for further advancement toward potential managerial and other transportation-related career opportunities. The required general education coursework will establish critical thinking and problem solving skills, which will be enhanced throughout the transportation business specialization coursework.
You must have successfully completed a licensed truck driving program and hold a current CDL, Class A+ license or heavy equipment operator's program and hold a current certificate to be eligible for acceptance in the Transportation Business AAS Degree Program.

Masters in Business Administration (MBA)
Our MBA degree program is designed to provide graduate education for students in the managerial leadership principles of business for the twenty-first century—entrepreneurship.
